The Feast of Christmastide
12 Days Of Christmas
A love poem made song A love gift in each verse A reminder that his truth can’t be thwarted His will be done here on earth as it is in heaven His will includes delight, He delights over you with song ... Head over to the blog for the second half of the poem plus my new favorite rendition of this carol gospel style.
Arise, shine; for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
For darkness shall cover the earth,
and thick darkness the peoples;
but the Lord will arise upon you,
and his glory will appear over you.
Nations shall come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
Happy Epiphany Eve

Today is the 12th day of Christmas, the last day of Christmas. While we don’t have king cake we do have a roaring fire while the snow hushes the land in white snow. We played in the snow and rested cozy by the fire or under a blanket reading. What a gift to be able to slow down enough to enjoy the little things that make a life.
on this Eve of Epiphany and everyday may we remember that the Light has come to us all. In Latin American countries tomorrow we celebrate the arrival of the Magi, Los Tres Reyes Magos. So, tonight we celebrated with plantains, hot chocolate, and time together.
Tomorrow, we will continue to celebrate and enjoy an extra snow day before the rhythm of the new year begins in earnest. I am looking forward to adding this activity below to our celebration. A blessing prayed over our home in anticipation of everyone we will host and serve this year.
He has drawn near and we are never the same again.
Gracefully,
Daisy
Next year I will make you a king cake! 😘 blessings on your house 🤍🤍
