A Prayer
The joy is palpable, He is alive and so then are we!
'He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross. ' Colossians 1:13-20
He laid himself down
his life the seed of righteousness planted
we then are the fruit of his death from darkness we now arise to light too!
Why then do you seek the living among the dead? He who made light has now conquered death so we could could also alight to hope of a new life.
‘When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:54-57
Breath Prayer:
Now we offer up our hearts in prayer:
Inhale: Thanks be to God for Jesus
Exhale: He set us free from death
A Poem
Brilliant Easter
The Sun races to rise
The earth trembles and quakes
Morning alights as shifting winds clear the skies
Jesus arose brilliant and nature’s soul with delight aches
No longer in darkness delivered to light
The Son of God victorious and true
From his kingdom death He came to smite
That day his victory made life begin anew
The women came first
To anoint, grieve, and weep
With fear and sadness their hearts almost burst
But Brilliance himself said, “ don’t be afraid my little sheep”
I go before you, from darkness I have arisen to light
“Go,”-he said, “tell my friends your freedom is now set right.”

Music forever the accompaniment of life. I am so blessed by it and utterly grateful for the way we have it so accessible. Easter has dawned, hallelujah He lives!
Gracefully,
