A Mid Fall Update
Plus an Examen as we enter Advent
Grateful for you!
This month has been full of so much goodness. In the midst of that it is also outlined with a translucent border of grief and pain. I imagine a dance with a rhythm that beckons me in to the music but the lights illuminate the fringes of darkness that sometimes feel like giant voids.
Well, we entered in deep fast! I hope you feel seen and not alone even in that paragraph. Life, like my friend Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young says is a dance of grief and glory. I pray that the glory will shine clearer and it will give you hope as you navigate the grief.
Lately on the Blog
The blog launch last month was so much fun and I am thrilled that many of you participated in the graceful gathering challenge! If you didn’t get to I have posted the sign up link to help bolster your courage and peace as we have officially kicked off the gathering season! I hope you had wonderful Thanksgiving if you live in the U.S.
on the blog you will find some new posts that will help you see your home through your senses and also give you some new ideas for recipes and for hosting simply! Check them out!
Three Things I am loving
Noonday of course is having a site wide sale! Check it out and help me raise money for Food 2 Go as we strive to make sure children in our schools have food for the weekends!
The next two things are books because I just love them!
This gorgeous magazine Journey with Maker by Johanna you can get your copy here or buy it for a gift!
I am loving this list of beautiful books recommended by my friend Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young Her cutie chasing God’s glory is included in it!
I would love to have you join us for a Midfall Examen as we enter advent.
